Exposure

Supportability against consequence

Exposure is the supportability score multiplied by the consequence score. It is not a risk rating and it does not replace your own criticality classification. An undetermined supportability position scores the same as a conditionally supported one, because an unknown is treated as an exposure until it is closed. Select any cell to filter the register.

        Standing verification items

        Two items remain open and must be closed before the corresponding entries are relied upon outside this workspace. The first is the API 20S specification level, processes and materials to which Arridex qualifies. The second is the conclusion of the independent audits of the Omnifactory by DNV and by ASTM. Until they conclude, the position is that the audits are under way and the certifications are not held.

        Exclusions

        Grounds on which a component is excluded from the additive route. These are stated at the outset, before your technical authority has to name them. A limit declared early builds standing. A limit discovered late destroys it.

        Mobile advanced manufacturing unit

        Designed limit: polymer and composite processes only. Metal powder work remains at the Omnifactory, because metal powder handling offshore is an explosion and inhalation hazard, and area classification governs. This limit is designed in rather than discovered on deployment.
